Victoria Goldner


Having been exposed to a number of yoga practices, Victoria discovered Bikram’s Yoga several years ago and quickly realized the benefits to her body and mind. Her commitment to sharing her love for health and fitness led her to the Bikram’s Yoga teacher training in the spring of 2007. With a keen interest in exercise, health and nutrition, Victoria has been training and working as a fitness trainer and group fitness instructor for years. After working with corporate, fitness business (gym), community and seniors groups for a couple years, it was obvious Victoria is a natural teacher. Her high energy level, vibrant personality, love of exercise, knowledge of healthy living, respect for others, excellent observational skills, empathy, and confidant, respectful manner of motivating and correcting her students made her a favorite group fitness instructor and popular trainer. These are traits and experiences she now brings with her to her yoga classes. Victoria is still involved in personal training and group fitness but now teaches here and at Bikram studios all over Greater Vancouver.
