I have been practicing Bikram's Yoga for 5 years and teaching it for 4 1/2 years. I started practicing yoga because I had many snowboarding injuries with lots of aches and pains. I learned that the more flexible you become the less aches and pains you have! Bikram's Yoga has helped to manage my weight as well. I love teaching Bikram’s Yoga because I know how much it can help to change people’s lives not only physically but mentally. My class has a 100% dialogue with lots of energy and love for the yoga. I am excellent at giving corrections and I like helping people do the yoga the right way.
