Coming to class:
- Arrive 15 minutes before class start time to sign in. No one will be admitted to class late.
- Come on an empty stomach, and well-hydrated. In other words, eat no later than 2 hours before class, but drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Wear light gym clothes, but bring others for after class, since you will be sweating a lot.
- Bring or rent/buy from our front desk:
- Bottled water
- Towels
- Yoga mat
- Be prepared to stay in the room for the entire 90 minutes. Except in emergencies, no one will be allowed to leave class early, as this disrupts the flow and morale of the whole class.
